Steve, thanks so much for these directions.

the other note * when you are having technical difficulties, the BEST place to get support, is NOT to write here on the Community. the BEST thing to do is click on the CONTACT US link in the lower right hand corner, it will send an Email directly to the technical support team at the MATRIX

Also, if you do choose to post a question here on the Community of Practice, in order for the team to be notified of your question and that you just haven't just posted content, you need to use the TAGS and click on the PLEASE HELP! tag . Otherwise, it's up to the Community to find your question as lucky for you! they have!

Sometimes it is the web browser you are using.  Communication matrix and Chrome don't always work well together.  Firefox is better, per their tech support.

These are the steps I followed in order to print out the matrix chart which is the only way I was able to find a way to print out the answers to the matrix.

1. Go to the page that contains the individual's matrix:https://communicationmatrix.org/Matrix/MatrixChart/Index/###### where the ###### is the individual's identifier.

2. From the text links found underneath the profile identifier box click on Print Options

3. From the pop-up window (you need to make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups. so ENABLE POP-UPS) choose whether you want to print in color or black and white.

4. Follow the printer dialogue box to set the printout to landscape for US Letter (8.5" x 11"), scale to fit page and then print.

I sure hope this works for you.

Steve
