That's a great question.  We would suggest that you ignore behaviors that the student doesn't use--for whatever reason.  Just leave them scored as  "Not used" , whether it's because they have surpassed that stage and have higher level behaviors, or not.  The fact that your results will show behavior at the higher levels (since the student has language) will show clearly that the student is operating at a higher level.
