Thank you for your question. We always appreciate hearing about collaboration when using the Communication Matrix.
If you login and click on your Dashboard (Top middle of screen) you will see a long orange button that says "Download Matrix Questions" which can be downloaded as a PDF. This can be emailed to the teacher as a PDF, but can not be answered online. You would need to have the teacher answer those questions then you can input the answers in your account so that it can create the results online.
If you would like a teacher to complete the Matrix online, here are your options of how to do so:
- If you want it saved in your account, AND you are in the same location, the easiest way would be for you to login to your account and let them complete it with you.
- If you are NOT in the same place, have the teacher create an account for the Communication Matrix online and complete the assessment questions themselves in their account (each new account starts with 5 free credits). They could then share their results with you by using the "Email Results" link next to the assessment.
- Once the teacher has completed the assessment and shared it with you, you could use both separate assessments for comparison of how the child communicates in different environments OR if you want to combine results, you could review their assessment and then click "Edit" on your initial assessment to accommodate data from the teacher (and any other assessors such as parents, etc).
An assessment can be edited for 30 days after it is first begun without using up another assessment credit.Please note, there is no way to put different people's assessments of the same child onto one Matrix Profile.
